Removeable Sewn Thermal Insulative Blankets
Designed for easy installation and removal, our thermal blankets are the perfect solution to insulate exhaust components that have flex-capability, such as bellows and feature a near zero insulation dust to breathe in when accessed by the technician.

Metal Foil Insulation (MFI)
Progressive die, thin gauge stainless-steel or aluminum heat shields with deep draw capabilities. These insulators are extremely durable and can be attached to the exhaust tube by stainless steel straps or welded for a 100% hermetic adhesion.

Exhaust Tube Wrap
Designed for ridged exhaust components up to 6" diameter (in total), our wraps feature insulation of up to 1" thick for maximum heat containment and feature a tough resin impregnated fiberglass sleeve to block and deflect road debris. These wraps can be applied to tubes of any length or shape.
